What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Do you ship your gifts?
We love serving the city of Nashville, TN and do not ship at this time, however, we do hand deliver our gifts within Davidson and Williamson County in TN. At Wrapped, it is our passion to make giving and receiving gifts a beautiful experience. We unconditionally guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery, and we are here to make certain that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied.
Is there an additional delivery fee when I purchase a gift?
When pricing our bundles we take into account logistic fees such as delivery. Our small fee is built into the pricing you see reflected on the gift. There is not an additional delivery fee when you reach the checkout.
What if the gift delivery location is not within Davidson or Williamson County?
At Wrapped we do not charge an additional delivery fee on our gift orders. For this reason we have chosen to limit our delivery distance at this time. We are happy to meet you at a location within our limits if you would like to hand deliver your gift to your client. 
Can you deliver the gift to my office?
Absolutely. We are happy to deliver the gift to your office if it is located within Davidson or Williamson County in TN.
Since this is a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?
We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. We offer a delivery window from 8 AM - 11 AM, Monday - Friday to choose from.

When will I get my order?
Typically, orders take 2-3 days to process. We recommend placing your order a week in advance or if you’re in a pinch, email us and we’ll see what we can do. If ordering a custom home sketch expect an additional 2-3 weeks.
How will I know if my gift has been delivered?
Your gift will be delivered within the time window you selected at check out. Once the gift has been delivered we will email you with a confirmation stating whether the gift has been received by the recipient at the door, placed on the island, or left at the door.
The gift recipients have not moved into the home yet – can I give you the lockbox code to deliver the gift inside?
 Absolutely. This is our preferred method of delivery and is the ultimate surprise for your client. We will beautifully display the gift on the kitchen island, snap a picture for you, and lock up the house on our way out.  
Can you include a personalized note in my order?
Yes, we can include your personal note - simply write it in the box when you check out. Your sentiment is handwritten on a note card and placed within your box or basket.

I accidentally supplied the incorrect information –– can I make changes to my order?
We understand that you may need to make some changes to your order such as incorrect address or name. We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already left for delivery. Please email us and we’ll do everything we can to help.
My box is a gift, I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown to the recipient.
We never include receipts or tags on our products. We guarantee that your recipient will never receive a gift that has pricing listed anywhere.
Will my recipient receive anything via email so they are alerted that a gift is on it’s way?
Nope! Our process allows for the recipient to be surprised at their gift delivery - unless you reach out to them on your own. They do not receive any details from us except the actual gift.
